Ritz Meringue Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff, fold in remaining ingredients and spread in pie pan. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes. Cool and top with whipped cream. Refrigerate overnight.
