ingredients
1 cup cooked, mashed pinto beans
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cover with meringue and bake to a golden brown.
