Pinto Bean Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked pintos
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cloves
4 eggs
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 (8 inch) pie shells
Cool Whip
Directions:
Put pinto beans in a large bowl and mash. Add sugar, flour and butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. Mix well and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. When cool, top with Cool Whip.
