Mud Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
***CRUST***
1 1/2 cup Crushed Oreo cookies
2 tablespoons Butter -- melted
***FILLING***
1 pint Chocolate ice cream -- softened
1 tablespoon Coffee -- chilled
2 tablespoons Brandy
2 tablespoons Kahlua
2 tablespoons Whipped cream
Fudge topping
Directions:
Combine crushed oreo cookies and butter. Press into a pie plate and freeze until set. Whip ice cream with coffee, brandy and kahlua. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Freeze. Top with fudge topping and freeze again. Serve with whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
