ingredients
2 cups coffee ice cream, softened
1 3/4 cup Cool Whip, divided
1 chocolate crumb pie crust
1 package Oreo cookie crumbs
directions
Combine softened ice cream and 1/4 cup Cool Whip, mixing well. Pour into crust. Sprinkle most of the Oreo cookie crumbs over ice cream, reserving some for garnish. Freeze until set.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Freeze till set.
Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs and allow to thaw 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

I have made this pie for three different parties and it was gone in no time. Also made a variation and used graham cracker crust and mixed blonde and original oreos and am using fat free cool whip and sugarfree or low sugar ice cream. Excellent recipe!! Can only recommend it!!
