17 chocolate filled sandwich cookies
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/2 gallon ice cream (flavor, your choice)
1 milk chocolate bar or chocolate chips
1 pie pastry (9 inch)
directions
Crush sandwich cookies, add butter, and blend together. Press into pie pan to form pie crust. Add slightly softened ice cream. Melt chocolate and drizzle over ice cream.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for 2 hours, or overnight. Serve when ice cream has reset.
