Margarita Ice Cream Pie

ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 can (10 ounce size) margarita fruit mixer concentrate, thawed
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
2 drops green food coloring
directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ice cream, Margarita mix, orange peel, and green food coloring until blended. Pour into pie crust and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Let the pie stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
