ingredients
2 cups plain flour
1 cup nuts
2 sticks butter
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 large carton whipped topping
1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling
directions
Combine flour, nuts and melted butter. Press into a 13- X 9- X 2-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool.
Mix cream cheese and sugar well. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Spread cherry pie filling on top. Allow to chill several hours before serving.
