Baked Alaska Pie With 3 Sorbets Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1 pint each raspberry, coconut, and mango sorbet, softened
1 prepared graham cracker crust
2 tablespoons powdered egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Spoon raspberry sorbet into pie crust. Repeat with coconut sorbet and then mango sorbet, mounding mango sorbet in center. Freeze 4 hours.
HEAT OVEN TO 45O DEGREES.
In bowl, beat powdered egg whites and 6 tbs. warm water with mixer until powder dissolves. Increase speed and beat until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar until soft shiny peaks form. Spoon onto pie, covering sorbets. Swirl meringue decoratively. Bake 5 minutes or until peaks are golden.
FREEZE 4 HOURS.
