Amaretto Yogurt Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
***CRUST***
2 cups crushed ladyfingers
1/3 cup almonds, lightly toasted, finely chopped
1/4 cup Amaretto
3 tablespoons butter, melted
***FILLING-***
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup Amaretto
1/4 cup almonds, lightly toasted, finely chopped
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and mix well. Press firmly into bottom and up sides of 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 325øF for 10 minutes. Cool.
To make filling: Combine all ingredients and beat until completely smooth. Spread in pan. Chill overnight and top with 1/4 cup almonds before serving.
