Ingredients:
1 package white cake mix
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
8 ounces cream of coconut
8 ounces sour cream
frosting -- your choice
flaked coconut

Directions:

Beat first 5 ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake in pan. Spread frosting over cake when completely cooled; sprinkle with flaked coconut.
