ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
5 eggs
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 cup flaked coconut
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
Cream butter, and sugar together until light, in a large bowl. Add your eggs to the cream mixture one egg at a time and beat well. Add your coconut flavoring . Alternate adding your flour and your milk, make sure to mix well after each. Fold in your coconut and pour into your bundt pan.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean when inserted, about 1 hour.
