Easy Cream Cheese Clouds

ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
chopped nuts
directions
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed on an electric mixer. Gradually add heavy cream and whip until thickened.
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Divide mixture into "clouds" on paper. Using the back of a teaspoon, shape each cloud into an indented shell. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
When ready, fill with strawberries or the fruit filling of your choice. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
