ingredients

1 cup semolina flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups milk
6 crushed cardamom seeds

directions

Heat butter in a pan. When its melted, add semolina and saute it a bit until it becomes light brown in color, 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring constantly.

Add sugar and cardamom, keep stirring, and then add milk. Cook until all the milk and sugar is absorbed, around 5 minutes. Serve hot.
