ingredients
1 tube (38-count size) Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted margarine
TOPPING
1 can (6 ounce size) pink lemonade (or limeade), thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 container (12 ounce size) frozen whipped topping, thawed
directions
For Cracker Mix: Mix all together and put half in a 9" x 13" pan. Save other half for topping.
For Topping: Mix above 3 ingredients together. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
To serve, cut into squares. Can be kept frozen for several months.
