Martini Glass Peppermint Frozen Dessert

ingredients
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 drops red food coloring, as needed
1/2 teaspoon honey
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon peppermint candies, crushed
2 fresh mint sprigs for garnish
peppermint stick (optional garnish)
directions
Mix sugar and red food coloring in a shallow bowl. Dip martini glass rims in honey, then roll in red colored sugar.
Add a scoop of ice cream to each martini glass. Sprinkle with peppermint candies and red colored sugar. Add peppermint stick if desired.
Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
