ingredients
1 cup low-fat milk
1 envelope whipped topping mix
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons green creme de menthe liqueur
2 tablespoons white creme de cacao liqueur
1 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred
6 chocolate cookies, crushed
directions
In a medium bowl, gradually add milk to topping mix, stirring until well mixed. Add sugar, creme de menthe and creme de cocoa. Stir in yogurt.
Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
At serving time, sprinkle about 1 tablespoon crushed chocolate cookies over each serving.
