Love the spinach dip at restaurants like TGIFriday's and the Olive Garden? Make it at home with these easy-to-follow copycat recipes.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

i like the recipe but am worrying about the raw eggs. i could understand if you cooked this recipe but not this day and age use raw eggs. is there some other type of liquid that you could use instead of the eggs. i can think of cream or milk but you would have to be careful not to over use the liquid. otherwise this recipe would be one great recipe.
You can buy egg substitute products (look in the freezer/refrigerated section of your grocery store). The egg is used as a binding agent, but I'm not sure it's necessarily critical in this recipe. Perhaps just adjusting the consistency as needed with cream.
