Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

DOUGH
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
2 packages traditional active dry yeast
1/2 cup warm milk (110 degrees F)
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs, at room temperature
5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
FILLING
1 can (19 ounce size) apple pie filling, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
VANILLA GLAZE
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Measure warm water in large warm bowl. Sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved. Stir in warm milk, butter, sugar, salt, eggs and enough flour to make soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth, 5-6 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Meanwhile, combine ingredients for filling and set aside.
Punch dough down and divide in half. Roll each half to 10- x 16-inch rectangle. Spread half the filling on each rectangle. Roll up from long side as for jelly roll; pinch seam to seal.
Cut each roll into 12 pieces and place pieces in large greased muffin cups. Cover and let rise until almost doubled in size, about 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. Cool. Drizzle with Vanilla Glaze.
For Vanilla Glaze: Combine confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.

What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

These are absolutely the most delicious and moist apple cinnamon rolls ever! I have made many cinnamon rolls in my lifetime and these are, by far, the very best. Don't hesitate to try out this recipe as you will not be disappointed. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Sincerely, Judy

These Apple Cinnamon Rolls were very delicious. I do not add the glaze, but added crystal sugar on top.
