ingredients

4 cobs roasted corn, scraped
2 baked potatoes, cut into small cubes
4 cloves garlic, roasted, finely chopped
1 medium yellow onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
4 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 sprigs fresh dill, minced
salt and pepper

directions

Mix olive oil, butter, dill, celery and onion in a large skillet and heat until the vegetables are translucent. Add corn, potatoes and garlic to pan and stir for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add broth and continue to heat on low for one hour, stirring occasionally.

Add salt and pepper to taste
