ingredients
3/4 pound Velveeta cheese
1 cup margarine
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 pounds powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Heat Velveeta, chocolate and corn syrup in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat until melted. Gradually add the sugar.
Beat with an electric mixer on medium until smooth. Add pecans and vanilla.
Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Smooth surface and cover. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into squares.
