I started making this recipe many years ago and had a Sharp microwave. I still make it and have shared the recipe many times. I also use caramel bits or heath bar bits and they are so good!!

My mother would make this recipe when we first got a microwave. (I believe in the early 80's). I couldn't believe that something so delicious could come out of a microwave! It is so easy to make. I love this recipe! The consistency is smooth and creamy, not grainy like some other fudges. I have made this recipe for many, and I always receive compliments and someone always asks for the recipe too. I have also made it with dark chocolate chips only, and also half peanut butter mixed with half semi-sweet chocolate chips. Both were delicious! If you need a chocolate fix, this is a great recipe!

This recipe is easy and delicious. It is smooth and does not sugar. A must have every year for the holidays.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
