ingredients
1 can (12 ounce size) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 cup chopped cooked roast beef
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup cooked chopped onions
directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press each biscuit into 5-inch round. In small bowl, combine roast beef, cheese, bell pepper and onion. Spoon 2 tablespoons mixture onto center of each biscuit. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges with fork to seal.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
