French Dip Sandwiches Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
2 pounds Brisket
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dried mustard
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Coarse ground fresh pepper
Directions:
Mix together the spices and rub them into the brisket. Put into the crockpot and cook on low about 8 hours. Juices will form in the bottom of the crockpot. If additional juice is necessary, add some beef bouillon from a couple of cubes, or a can of beef broth.
Remove meat from crockpot to warm platter, cut into thin slices across the grain. Place meat on a sliced crusty roll, along with some au jus. Serve au jus separately in small cups (I used custard cups) for dipping.
