lettuce
raw onion
tomato slices
mayonnaise
directions
Heat oil on a grill or skillet large enough to provide enough room to prevent steaming of the beef. Cook steak very quickly, on high heat, until beef has lost its pink color.
Spread hogie roll with mayonnaise. Add raw onion, tomato and lettuce and top with steak and slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
