String Beans With Cheese

ingredients
1 pound green beans, cooked
3 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup Swiss cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Heat the butter in a serving dish, but do not brown.
Add the beans and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese, and season to taste. Mix well.
In a moment, a golden crust will appear at the bottom of the skillet and the dish is ready to serve.
