ingredients
3 ounces pancetta, minced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound green beans, fresh (strings removed)
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup beef broth
directions
Cook the pancetta in a heavy saucepan until just brown. Add the onion and garlic and cook until just soft. Toss in the beans and cook for 1 minute.
Add the broths and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer 20 minutes. Drain. Serve warm.
