Green Beans With Blue Cheese And Roasted Peppers

ingredients
1 package (20 ounce size) frozen cut green beans
1/2 jar (3 ounce size) roasted red pepper strips, drained and slivered
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart oval casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine green beans, red pepper strips, salt and pepper in prepared dish.
Place cream cheese and milk in a small saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring until melted. Add blue cheese and stir only until combined. Pour cheese mixture over green bean mixture and stir until green beans are coated.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
