Green Beans, White Beans, And Radishes

ingredients
2 cups water
1/2 pound green beans
OR
1 package frozen green beans (9 ounce size)
2/3 cup safflower oil
2 lemons
1/2 cup drained, canned white kidney beans
4 radishes
freshly ground black pepper
sea salt
directions
Bring water to boil in a saucepan. Snap ends off green beans, if fresh, and break in half into boiling water, cook 3 minutes. If using frozen green beans, cook in boiling water 2 minutes, no need to defrost.
Pour oil into a salad bowl and squeeze in lemon juice, mix in white beans. Drain green beans in a sieve and add to salad bowl, stirring so beans will absorb dressing while they are hot. Slice radishes into salad bowl, season to taste. Toss carefully to mix well.
