ingredients
1 package (16 ounce size) frozen French-style green beans, thawed
2 slices bacon
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup hot water
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or to taste)
1 pinch black pepper
directions
Place beans in an ungreased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish and set aside.
Cook bacon until crisp, then remove with a slotted spoon. Crumble and set aside.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of drippings into beans. Dissolve bouillon in water and add garlic salt and pepper. Pour over beans.
Cover and bake 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Top with bacon.
