3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
6 cups cooked, mashed potatoes
directions
Grease the inside of the crock pot.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, Ranch dressing mix, and parsley flakes. When combined, gently stir in the mashed potatoes. Spoon the potato mixture into the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2 hours or until heated through.
