ingredients
10 cooked potatoes
4 strips bacon, fried crisped and crumbled (drippings reserved)
1 cup applesauce
directions
Mash the potatoes then add the crumbled bacon and about 2 Tbs. bacon fat and applesauce. If you don't want to use the bacon fat use margarine. The flavor is better with the bacon fat.
