Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cold water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift dry ingredients into 8X8" pan. Make 2 depressions in the dry ingreddients. 1 for each: oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour water over all and mix thouroughly with a fork to moisten all ingredients.

Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
