ingredients
6 ounces apricot or orange gelatin powder
1 cup water
20 ounces crushed pineapple
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup nuts
10 ounces Cool Whip
directions
Boil apricot or orange Jello, water and crushed pineapple about 10 minutes.
Add cream cheese.
When it begins to gel, add nuts and Cool Whip. Put in mold and refrigerate.
