WOW! I've been making my Executive Chef's biscotti recipe for years and finally branched out. I tried 8 different recipes - THIS ONE takes the cookie! Everyone who tasted it declared it the very bezt of all 8 recipes (including my Chef's). It's very easy, requires no mixer and is the fastest of all I tried . I have now made it 4 times! It's one of the vest Christmas gifts evr!
