Chicken with Spaghetti and Sauce

6 chicken breast, flattened (I use my rolling pin)
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
garlic, to taste
oregano, to taste
basil, to taste
oil, for frying
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package (16 ounce size) spaghetti pasta, cooked and drained
1 jar (32 ounce size) spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese, grated
Flatten chicken breast. Season to taste with salt, black pepper, garlic, oregano, and basil. If you have an Italian blend that you like, use it!
Fry chicken breast on one side in oil until golden brown, then on other side until done. Keep the breast warm until time to serve.
Cook spaghetti, adding the olive oil to the water. Place spaghetti sauce in pot and heat to bubbling. I usually add more garlic and oregano to the sauce.
Place all of the spaghetti on a large serving platter, dip chicken in sauce and arrange on bed of spaghetti, spoon sauce over chicken and spaghetti. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
Garnish plate with sprigs of parsley. Serve with your favorite garlic bread or rolls. Salad or green beans.
