under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 1/2 cup pecans (pieces or other nuts)
3 cups thin pretzel sticks, roughly broken with your hands
2 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
1 1/2 pound almond bark (not chips), roughly chopped
directions
Combine nuts, pretzels and cereal in a large bowl.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt bark in the microwave by heating on High (100 percent power) for 25 to 30 second intervals until melted, stirring well between intervals. When the pieces are almost completely melted, continue stirring them until completely melted.
Immediately pour melted bark over dry ingredients and use a rubber spatula to combine thoroughly. Quickly drop by spoonfuls into stacks onto wax paper. Cool thoroughly before removing from paper.
