The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Appetizer Shrimp Puffs

ingredients
6 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3 eggs
1 cup shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated, divided
directions
Melt butter in a saucepan with water. Bring to a full boil over medium heat. Immediately stir in flour and garlic salt all at once. Stir vigorously until the dough forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan, about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Stir in eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in cooked, chopped shrimp, sliced green onions, and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
Drop by spoonfuls about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.

I wonder if the other reviewer didn't use "fresh" ingredients. Like canned shrimp or the parm that comes in a green can? Because I made this and it turned out quite good. I used fresh shrimp and freshly shredded parm. Didn't think it needed anything else but you could add some cayenne or something if you wanted to add some bite to it. They are also good with a sriracha-mayo dipping sauce!

The flavor was extremly, blah, and bland. If you were to spice up and use a good shrimp the texture of the puff would be great.
Use a "good" shrimp? What kind of shrimp did you use that was a "bad" shrimp?
