Mint Brownie Pie Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12
Ingredients:
1 package (22.5 oz. size) brownie mix (or any family size mix)
1 package (4.6 oz. size) Andes chocolate mints candies
2 unbaked pie crusts (9" size)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Break the mints into small pieces and stir into mix. Stir in the chopped walnuts.
Pour the brownie mix into the two pie shells. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until brownie is set. Do not over bake.
Allow to cool and serve warm with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge topping, if desired.
