Holiday Brownie Pie (Microwave) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Lightly beat eggs in separate bowl. Place chocolate and butter in a 4-cup measure. Microwave on medium (50%) 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir in sugar.
Fold 3 spoons full of hot mixture into eggs and mix well. Then return egg mixture to the chocolate mixture. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and nuts. Spread in a lightly greased 2-quart round dish.
Microwave on medium (50%) 7 minutes. Turn dish twice, then microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes. When cool, cut into wedges.
