What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!

2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake until set, about 30 minutes. If not set in that length of time, bake 5 minutes longer and remove from oven. Cool before cutting.

This was my first attempt at this pie. As you can see from the photo's I should have mixed it a little better.....lol. Other than that it is an easy as pie (sorry I couldn't resist) recipie to use.
