It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

I dressed this up a bit. It's a decent brownie base so you have lots of flexibility with it. I used a deep dish pie pan and cooked it a little less time (maybe 25 minutes? I didn't really time it just tested with a toothpick). Once baked I removed it from the oven and sprinkled chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and white chocolate chips over the top then drizzled with caramel sauce. The chocolate chips melted partially but retained their shape so it looked pretty. Delicious!

This was good but I guess I was expecting more? It's just brownies cooked in a pie pan.
