ingredients
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup instant powdered milk
1/2 cup white corn syrup
directions
Mix all ingredients together. Knead like you would for bread. Roll into rope shapes and cut into desired lengths.
You can roll into candy wrappers from candy supply store or wax paper cut into small square, roll and twist ends.

if you really want these to taste really close to the real deal skip the vanilla extract and add just a touch of orange extract about half of whaT the vanilla calls for

harder to make that chocolate plastic and does not taste like tootie roll. Isn't chewy either
