ingredients
2 pounds chocolate, coarsely chopped or broken in pieces
6 ounces pretzels, broken in bits
1 pound peanuts or cashews, coarsely chopped
directions
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on 100% power at 30 second intervals, stirring in between each cycle, until melted.
Stir the broken pretzels and nuts into the chocolate and mix well. Immediately pour the mixture out onto a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Let the chocolate cool until firm. Break the chocolate into clusters. Store the candy in an airtight container.
