Peanut Butter Snowballs

ingredients
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 teaspoons butter, softened
1 pound white almond bark coating
directions
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter and butter, mixing well. Shape into 1" balls and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm.
Meanwhile, melt the almond bark in top of a double boiler over hot water. Dip balls into coating and place on waxed paper to harden.
