Frozen Peanut-Butter Cups Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
7 ounces marshmallow cream
3 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
chocolate curls (to garnish)
Directions:
Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In large bowl with same beaters, beat at low speed marshmallow cream, cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. With rubber spatula, fold whipped cream into peanut-butter mixture.
Line muffin cups, 2 1/2" x 1 1/4", with fluted paper or foil baking cups. Cover; freeze at least 3 hours or more, until firm. To serve, garnish with chocolate curls.
