Chocolate Covered Peanuts

ingredients
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon water
2 cups salted peanuts
directions
Combine the chocolate, corn syrup and water in top of a double boiler over hot water. Stir until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanuts, stirring until well coated.
Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Cover with aluminum foil and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
