Caramel Pecan Patties

ingredients
1 package (14 ounce size) caramels
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
4 ounces white chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped
4 ounces semisweet chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped
directions
In a microwave safe bowl, combine water, butter and caramels. Micrwave uncovered, on high for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in pecans when caramels are melted.
Drop by tablespoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Freeze for 15-20 minutes or until set.
In microwavable bowl combine the 2 chocolate coatings. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds. Dip caramel patties in and lay onto waxed paper until set. Chill until firm.
