ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 pounds chicken tenders
dried bread crumbs
8 ounces cubed Swiss cheese
8 ounces diced cooked ham
1 can (10 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt
black pepper
directions
Beat the egg and add the 1/2 cup milk. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then the bread crumbs.
Fry chicken until brown and crispy in hot oil. Place in baking dish and toss with cheese cubes and ham.
Mix soup with 1 cup milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper and pour over casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.

You can also use pre-breaded chicken tenders and cook them as directed on package - then proceed with placing the ingredients in the baking dish.
