ingredients
1 chicken
1/2 cup butter
1 box (8 ounce size) cornbread stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cups chicken stock
directions
Slowly stew chicken or chicken pieces in water to cover until tender. Remove chicken, let cool and cut into pieces. Cook chicken broth down until it measures 2 cups. Mix reduced broth with canned soups and toss with stuffing mix and chicken in a 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter and pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
